NCRCO CONSTITUTION / BY-LAWS

ARTICLE VIII - QUORUM AND PROXIES

Fifteen percent of the members of NCRCO shall constitute a quorum to conduct any official business of NCRCO at any stated meeting.

There shall be no use of proxies to vote on any matter at any NCRCO meeting.
